The time, energy, enthusiasm and sheer will-power an entrepreneur must employ to achieve his or her goals is without a doubt, a monumental task. Many of you have been through the jungle and back in getting to where you are - successful Family Entertainment Center operators.

As an experienced and seasoned business owner, you now have a chance to impart some of that well deserved knowledge and market experience on others who look to travel the same roads you have.

New Business Start-Ups

Many have gone where you are going. Accelerate your learning curve by speaking directly to existing fun center owner/operators. As you can appreciate, time and consideration out of a busy operators day is immensely valuable.

This project only works if we can connect people as follows;

1) Be Serious
Time is a finite resource for busy, successful people. Fun center operators and mentors within this project do not have time to waste on tire-kickers. Come to this part of your quest for knowledge serious and prepared.

2) Be Prepared
Before contacting any owner/operator resource, have a list of well thought out questions in front of you. Have a pen and paper ready and start by making sure you have the "time-permission" to talk with your mentor... ask them, "is this a good time?"

3) Ask Good Questions
A set of well thought out in advance questions will help you to get the information you are looking for and will maximize both your's and your mentor's time... and it will be appreciated. Don't worry about editing your questions or be concerned about what you should ask... each mentor has his / her level of comfort and will let you know if you get too personal or business sensitive.

4) Be Respectful
Family entertainment center mentors within this project are understandably busy people. Use the above points to ensure you maximize your efforts and respect the owners schedule as requested.

How it Works...
To eliminate any operator concerns regarding competition, operators are only requested to mentor those who are not in their market area (out of State). The FEC Directory simply acts as an 'introduction' between the two party's - however, as a business owner we too understand and respect the finite resources of our mentor's time.

The FEC Directory (on behalf of the owner/operator) will provide a level of pre-qualification before providing ANY mentor partner names. PRE-QUALIFIER: The new business start-up entrepreneur must have a basic understanding of what it takes to start and run a successful business, including;
